There are several ways to find The Niwot Inn from the airport (DIA):

Option 1
Take Peña Blvd out of the airport to Tollroad E-470 (Exit #6B). Go north on E-470 - there are two toll booths ($2.00 each). Exit North I-25 (Exit #47/Ft. Collins). Exit at State Hwy. 52 (Exit #235, approx. 5 minutes north). Turn left on Hwy 52 and go 6.6 miles to Hwy 287. Turn right on Hwy 287 and go north approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto Niwot Road. Go 3.5 miles, passing Rocky Mountain Christian Church on the right and Cottonwood square on the left. Go through the 3-way stop sign at 79th and take a right onto 2nd Avenue. The Inn will be on your right. Take the driveway, on the side of the Inn, to the back parking lot.

Option 2
Take Peña Blvd out of the airport to Tollroad E-470 (Exit #6B). Go north on E-470 - there are two toll booths ($2.00 each). Exit North I-25 (Exit #47/Ft. Collins). Exit at State Hwy 52 (Exit #235, approx. 5 minutes north). Turn left on Hwy 52 and go 10.1 miles to 79th. Turn right on 79th and go north 1 mile. Turn left at on Niwot Road (3-way stop). Take an immediate right onto 2nd Ave. The Inn will be on your right. Take the driveway, on the side of the Inn, to the back parking lot.

It is possible to take I-70 West and then go North on I-25. This takes approximately 30 minutes longer to reach Niwot. We do not recommend this route.
